My 1st Luxury Car So I made a two hour drive to check out the inventory. I was looking to purchase my first luxury vehicle and get a good price on my trade in. Marcus was patient as he had to find the cars and he dealt with adversity well when one of my cars wouldn't start. He found another option that was comparable but in the end I went with the first car I road. He managed to beat the financing that I came with and presented me with options such as warranty protection etc etc. Overall he maintained a professional demeanor while and never pressured my decision. Job well done. I look forward to driving my Lexus for the foreseeable future. I also look forward to coming back for when my wife needs a car or when I look to trade mine in. More

An easy stressless Dealer We were ready to replace our main car due to age, and ran across a Jeep my wife really liked. So we followed up with Mike who gave us great service. happy with brandon not happy with dealership Brandon's attitude was the only reason that we ended up purchasing a vehicle here. He was set up for failure from the start, but continued to perseve Brandon's attitude was the only reason that we ended up purchasing a vehicle here. He was set up for failure from the start, but continued to persevere through a difficult situation. We contacted North Coast Auto Mall the prior evening to confirm a particular vehicle's availability, and made an appointment for 10 am. The appointment was confirmed several times and we were told our vehicle would be ready and warmed up (it was sub 0 weather). Was also texted by Lia (an off-site) manager that morning that they were ready for us and to text her when we were close by, which we did. We had also mentioned another vehicle to Lia that we wanted to test drive. Unfortunately when we arrived neither of the vehicles were ready. Brandon started work at 10 so definitely not his responsibility to have the vehicles ready. The Manager should have stepped in but didn't, even after us explaining the situation. He (wish we had asked his name, first elevated desk right inside the door) seemed very uninterested. We were so close to walking out, but Brandon was trying so hard that we decided to stay. After 30 minutes with first vehicle still missing, we decided to take the other one for a test drive. First vehicle still hadn't been found on our return. We had another appointment in the area and had to leave because of time. Brandon continued to search for the first vehicle, which they eventually found, so he called us and we returned later in the day to test drive it. North Coast Auto Mall is all about texting and calling to get you in for your appointment, but they need to focus more on having vehicles located and ready for the people that make appointments and travel long distances to get there. More
