Poor Customer Service and Communication Extremely Poor Customer Service and Poor Communications. I spoke with someone from NCAM claiming to be "One of the Managers". She assured me that my p Extremely Poor Customer Service and Poor Communications. I spoke with someone from NCAM claiming to be "One of the Managers". She assured me that my purchase would be smooth. I went to the dealer and was told this person just worked at the call center. I was asked to complete an additional application after I completed one on line. I was talked down to as if I were the person that didn't understand how to purchase a car. I sent an e-mail to NCAM and received a call from David Perez. I have attempted to return that call over a dozen times, but the number I call just drops my call after a few rings. Steer Clear of this dealership!! It is just a racket!!! More
