Deceptive practices We purchased a 2018 Grand Caravan in late May. Two months later, as we were driving down an interstate highway in Oklahoma a piece from behind the dri We purchased a 2018 Grand Caravan in late May. Two months later, as we were driving down an interstate highway in Oklahoma a piece from behind the driver's mirror flew off the car. We went to the local Dodge dealer upon returning home to have the piece replaced. Here's where the issue begins, the van had been in an accident before North Coast purchased it at auction. While we did knew it had been in an accident, North Coast was not forthcoming on where the damage was that had been repaired. Our local Dodge dealer informed us that the driver's side doors and the post between the doors had been replaced and repainted badly. The strip that runs across the bottom of both sliding doors was not attached properly, parts were sanded and not painted properly. We did not have a good experience with this car lot. They are non negotiating people and do their best to not answer your questions. We are from PA and did not know it was a buy here, pay here type lot. Next time I will find a reputable place and not a shyster type business. More
