Excellent customer service Mike was extremely attentive to what type of car I wanted and looking for. He had patience as me and my husband drove from Cleveland several times aft Mike was extremely attentive to what type of car I wanted and looking for. He had patience as me and my husband drove from Cleveland several times after his tour was over he waited for us as we were stalled in the Cleveland to Akron rush hour traffic. I like the fact that he was knowledgeable about each car I test drove and he was very honest and upfront when I had questions. He was always willing to work on his off day, and always presented himself available when I called. Mike thank you for putting me in my new ride! More

EXCELLENT I could go on & on how Marilyn and her team mates were down to earth, up front and worked with me & their banks with financing and the #s I liked. Worst Saleman Experience My experience with the Moe was horrible. He not only insulted my intelligence when I declined the extra coverage when he tried to up sale me. Moe also My experience with the Moe was horrible. He not only insulted my intelligence when I declined the extra coverage when he tried to up sale me. Moe also made it a ooont to deal with multiple clients at once which clearly shows his motives of a sale rather than the customer. Not to mention being told how you should rate him. Please, it isn’t much of a rating when you are provided the answers to the test and only to make him look like a great salesman. I am pleased with the vehicle we purchased but not the interaction with Moe. If you can work with another individual on the staff, I would recommend doing so to avoid his poor sales technique. More
