Interesting Experience The dealership almost lost our sale though when a “manager” appeared to aggressively ask us why we offered the amount we did for the vehicle. He produ The dealership almost lost our sale though when a “manager” appeared to aggressively ask us why we offered the amount we did for the vehicle. He produced sale prices from other dealerships to show he had the lowest price which we could have cared less about. There is no negotiation room with their prices. The price that was listed for the car is what we paid. They did do what they called a “reduction “ by not charging the document fee of $250. The car had also been involved in an accident and was repaired on the premises but no one knew where it was damaged or how much damage there was. The Carfax did not list the accident with all the information that was provided. They put $20 worth of gas in the vehicle and that was it for prep work. There had been no cleaning of the vehicle at all. Everything was dusty, windows could have been washed, etc. It certainly would have been nice to have a clean car to drive home. So, why did we buy the car? We needed a vehicle to drive around the country for a couple years and this one is a 2018 with 4,000 +- miles on it. Several times we were ready to walk away from the sale but the salesman was very patient with our questions and we appreciated that. More
