All of this sounds like a satisfactory experience, but keep in mind this was stretched out over 5 1/2 hours. Our salesperson was working with multiple people at once even though we scheduled an appointment with him beforehand and confirmed we were coming. He would disappear for long periods of time and we would not know what we were waiting for until he returned. There were lots of salespeople on the floor--more than there were customers on a Saturday afternoon. It seemed like there was only one finance employee working though, and we actually waited 2 hours just to meet with him after we decided to buy. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, but I didn't expect to have to work so hard or wait so long for it. More

I expressed interest in this car and even 2 hours prior to making the hour+ drive to the dealer with my wife, I was led to believe by the Finance Manager that the car was waiting for me to test drive. When my wife and I arrived, we met with the agent; no smile, very arrogant, behaving like he was doing US a favor by taking time to meet us. Then, as we were sitting, he asked what we wanted to do. Strange question, given that we had a 1:30 appt with him. Then, he said that the car we were interested in sold the night before by a different agent. No apologies, no remorse, no embarrassment. Just stated the fact, then tried to get us to consider an OLDER model, with MORE miles and with a significantly HIGHER sticker price! We test drove it about 1 mile, returned it and informed him that it was out of our budget. He seemed miffed about this. Kept us waiting around while he remained AWOL. He returned to tell us that on a approx. $11,500.00 car, that he would knock off $200.00. We declined. We decided to leave. He never said, "Thank you", "Sorry", never smiled...nothing. He didn't even see us to the door. My wife and I will never purchase a car from this dealership, regardless of price. This isn't really a "dealership" as what one might conjure up in their imagination. It's more like a hectic, disorganized, fast-food operation with our salesman having a "Tell me 'Yes', tell me 'No', hurry up, I gotta go!" attitude. It was a wasted 110-mile trip. Part of this was my fault because I didn't heed my gut instinct to pass on this dealership after reading the mixed reviews. Don't make the mistake I made. "Learn from the mistakes made by others because you will not live long enough to make them all yourself." More
