A Pleasant Surprise!! I found the exact vehicle which I had been searching on their website but was really suspicious due to the low miles and low price tag, seemed too goo I found the exact vehicle which I had been searching on their website but was really suspicious due to the low miles and low price tag, seemed too good to be true. I was put in contact with Jonah, we messaged back and forth several times over several days, he was always prompt with his replies and never left me hanging. I kept questioning him about the car and why the low price, I just felt something had to be wrong with it; he then offered me an overnight test drive, said I could drive the car to my mechanic who is over 70 miles away. Guess What? the inspection found a clean car with no concerns. Yes, I made the purchase! Jonah is as friendly and polite as anyone I have ever met. He went out of his way and met me on his day off, I never felt pressured or was made to feel I was a bother with all my questions. You can bet I will be telling anyone looking for a used vehicle to contact Jonah at North Coast Auto Mall. (I must also add that I was not happy with the amount they wanted to give for my trade-in; however, I had done my home work and knew what my car was worth, Jonah discussed this with his management and they did give me the trade-in value I wanted.)
