And this response here is part of my frustration. I have reached out SEVERAL times and have been given the run around, hung up on, or disconnected (because I've been told something is wrong with North Coast's phone system). I don't want to speak to an outside source that screens the calls and transfers them to the correct person (because the correct person never answers). I want to speak directly to someone who understands my frustration and can help me. How do I do that? How do I get ahold of your customer care team?
