I am VERY unsatisfied with how North Coast handled my situation. I purchased a car from here 11/24 under full factory warranty. I found out 6/17 that there was damage to the car from an accident that the situation. I purchased a car from here 11/24 under full factory warranty. I found out 6/17 that there was damage to the car from an accident that the previous owner had been in. This damage was not repaired by North Coast before I purchased it. Contacted North Coast 6/18 and was told damage could be repaired and also offered a loaner car while my car was being repaired - just had to wait for authorization from manager. Called back 6/19 for updates and was told manager was NOT willing to do anything for me. Asked to speak to the manager, but was denied. Was also hung up on while trying to ask questions. I have tried to reach out SEVERAL times since then to talk to someone but was either disconnected or told to leave a message and someone would get back to me which has yet to happen. My emails were also ignored. Damages are not covered under my warranty because they happened prior to me purchasing the car. North Coast did not do their job in inspecting this car or repairing it correctly before it was sold to me. I need my car to be repaired, but at this point I don't trust Mitsubishi Bedford to do it correctly. They simply cannot be trusted. More

I highly recommend North Coast Mitsubishi. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them. Went back to my guy Malik Spivey. I highly recommend Malik when you go there. Ask for him. In addition whatever sales child I spoke with wouldn’t accept the fact that I was already approved with multiple financing options, all of which are “in house” meaning they work with the dealer. I wish the used vehicle I wanted was at literally any other dealership. They lied to me to get me to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I was offered a range for my trade of $22,838 to $25,328. They actually only offered $19,500.
