On Tuesday 4/30 I came in for an oil change and when I had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the door being bent. When I called the store, I talked to Adrian, my advisor and emailed him a picture. I came in and he immediately said, I showed my supervisor and we aren’t going to fix it but let me get him. After speaking to him for 2 minutes he went and got nick, the gm. Nick proceeded to call me a liar and that it was preexisting which it was not. He talked down to me as if I was nothing and told me he wouldn’t fix their mistake. Now I have a door that doesn’t shut right. I purchased the vehicle 12/26/23 and this is completely unacceptable. I took it to my mechanic and he did verify that it was new damage. After I purchased the vehicle I brought it to him to give it a look over so he has seen the vehicle beforehand. I would like my door fixed. I followed back up later Tuesday afternoon and said I would receive a call back but I have yet to get a call. More

They told me the wrong date of the appointment so I showed up expecting my car to get worked on. They said they couldn't take it, so abmitidly I angrily said this place is always such a hassel (it real showed up expecting my car to get worked on.
