I have experienced nothing but great things at Auto World Mitsubishi starting with my first experience with them 2 years ago when I traded in my 2014 Enclave that had a lot of miles for a 2020 CX-5 with very Mitsubishi starting with my first experience with them 2 years ago when I traded in my 2014 Enclave that had a lot of miles for a 2020 CX-5 with very low miles, they worked with the banks on my behalf making sure I was able to get the best interest rate for my new car, ( my credit score wasn't as good as it needed to be, so it took a long time but they stayed with it, even working two hours after they had closed). When I was thinking about switching my car again, I was happy to have received an email from Hayli C. letting me know they were interested in buying back my CX-5, she promptly called me to schedule a time for me to stop in and shared their links of used and new cars so I could see if there was something that interested me. So, I stopped by to see what kinds of offers they could offer me and was pleasantly surprised when Salesman Chris R. and Sales Manager Michael D. worked once again to make sure I drove away in a new car (which was something I didn't think I could do, got a '22 Outlander) and again, they worked well over their closing time to once again help me get the best rates to be able to afford it. They also provided great customer service by making sure I was set up to have access to using the apps that Mitsubishi uses to help it's drivers operate their cars and benefit from their assistive technology. I fully expect to go back when I'm ready to purchase my next car and will send my children there when they graduate from college next year. You should give them a try if you're looking for used or new cars. Thank you Auto World Mitsubishi for a GREAT experience!!! More
Dennis put me and my husband in BRAND NEW 2022 cars after our car was totaled. Quick process too. I met Katie for about 1 min but she was very polite and made sure Pedro was taking very good care of me. I bought two brand new cars from them within a week. The financing was a breeze. I would never, ever do business with this dealership. Simply put, their staff is dishonest. They are not to be trusted. Charles, the sales rep who was working with me, and I agreed over text on 9/23/2 Simply put, their staff is dishonest. They are not to be trusted. Charles, the sales rep who was working with me, and I agreed over text on 9/23/22 that he would sell me a particular Kia Soul for $14,000 on 9/24/22. However, when I spoke to Jordan, the NCAM manager, on 9/24/22, he said he would not honor that price or agreement. Jordan said that Charles, a "newer" employee, hadnt followed proper NCAM procedure. Jordan stated that Charles should have gotten management approval to make such a deal. I explained to Jordan that I had made an agreement with Charles in good faith about the car and price, and I wanted to buy the Soul for $14,000. I said that I had no way of knowing about NCAM policy, and that Charles apparently hadnt been trained very well. I felt I shouldnt bear the brunt of NCAM's mistakes. Well, Jordan made no attempt further attempt to resolve the problem. He made me no counteroffers. In fact, he offered me nothing. It even took about an hour for either Charles or Jordan to apologize for what happened. - More
