Ok, but not Thrilled This dealership was very good in working with me financially to get me the car within the price range I could Afford. I was disappointed however i This dealership was very good in working with me financially to get me the car within the price range I could Afford. I was disappointed however in the Customer Service. I realize that the car had just been brought in, but I was told that it would be detailed the following night when I came to pick it up. I was fine with this, since it had just arrived. Upon coming to pick it up, the car was not detailed, and I was told it needed an oil change in addition to the detailing. I was willing to previously come back due to the dealership just getting the car in. I also had to refill the Coolant because that fluid level was not checked either. However, I think it’s ridiculous that I should have to take more time to come back and schedule things that should have been done before I drove off the lot in the first place. I am rescheduling but feel this level of inattnention to detail is unacceptable. More
