Not too happy The entire experience was not good. I have never experienced anything like this experience. I guess when your credit is bad people don't care about The entire experience was not good. I have never experienced anything like this experience. I guess when your credit is bad people don't care about you. The experience at North Coast is very opposite than a dealership. I would suggest putting more chairs in the middle of the floor where all the space is so people will have a somewhere to sit before they just sit you down at a desk where someone else may be working. Go over the percentage rate that you have to pay on the vehicle and lastly stop holding people's keys so that you can try to intimidate them into buying a car. Review the information that the customer has put on the application before going to talk to the number cruncher. More
