Exceeded all expectations! I came into North Coast with doubts that I would be able to get a car and ended up walking out with a car I never thought would even be a possibility. I came into North Coast with doubts that I would be able to get a car and ended up walking out with a car I never thought would even be a possibility. Brooke and the North Coast Auto team really did not stop working until they found options for me that I loved and exceeded all expectations. I am so thankful that I came in to check out North Coast Auto Mall because with out then and they’re amazing work is still be thinking that I would be unable to get a car. I will forever recommend anybody who is looking for a car to go to North Coast Auto Mall More

What a amazing day! We didnt know what to expect walking into North Coast today. From the second we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm smile. Our appointment was with Brooke Kelly she made our experience perfect. She really worked her tail off to get my daughter in the car of her dreams. I would recommend anyone walking in for the first time or making a appointment to get with Brooke she really goes the extra mile. Also thanks to Nick B he also really worked his magic to make my daughters dreams come true. Also thanks Alex N he stayed late to get all the paperwork signed and was very nice to us. Thanks again! Very poor service! My husband & I went to this dealer to car shop. We already had a preapproval & had found a couple of cars online we wanted to look at in person. We go My husband & I went to this dealer to car shop. We already had a preapproval & had found a couple of cars online we wanted to look at in person. We go to the lot & they have like 2 other lots that look like overflow lots, so we walked down to those to look at cars. The 25 minutes we walked around the lot, no one approached us saying we couldn’t be there & plenty of salesmen drove passed us. There were no signs that stated the cars weren’t to be looked at so we browsed the lot just like we did the main lot. When we were almost finished looking, a man comes zooming in the parking lot & jumps out of a car yelling “come here” to my husband & I. I turned around & asked who he was talking to & he started accusing my husband of doing something under the dash of the car we were looking at!!!! We told him we were car shopping & looking at the inside of the car because it was open like plenty of the other cars on the lot & he starts yelling at us saying the cars weren’t for sale & it was the service lot. We tried to tell him there were no signs stating that we weren’t allowed on that particular lot & (again) he yells at us stating the website says “333 Broadway Ave” & that’s where we shop. My husband yells back at him that we’re not shopping with them at all now because of his attitude & he starts cussing at us!! I was so upset!!! We were just looking at cars & he had no right to talk to us like that or accuse my husband of doing something under the dashboard when he wasn’t!!!! They have definitely lost our business before we even test drove a car! I was so mad I went in to speak to the manager. I spoke with Nick but he did nothing (not that I really expected anything, I was just so angry. He did say that he sends people down to that lot all the time so we weren’t wrong for being down there!). My husband thinks the man who was rude to us was the owner so I’m sure nothing will happen to him. We’re not some poor trash nor do we NEED them but that's exactly how we were treated. I will NEVER go there again & I will tell as many people as I can about this incident & urge them not to go there because they clearly don't appreciate our business. He ignorantly treated us like trash & it was very uncalled for when we were just car shopping like everyone else! More
