Not an honest facility! I purchased a vehicle from these guys about 30 days ago. I initially chose a different vehicle, (2007 Audi A8) however, they were adamant about sellin I purchased a vehicle from these guys about 30 days ago. I initially chose a different vehicle, (2007 Audi A8) however, they were adamant about selling me another much newer vehicle, and I was told the bank wouldn't finance that vehicle. My salesman was Mike. I'm under the assumption it was his first week there when I purchased my car. I asked to see the vehicle on a lift. Their service department was so poorly lit in the back it made it impossible to see anything (especially on a black car). I checked over what I could see and things "appeared" to be ok. I agreed to buy the car. I was told $1800 down. Once the deal was almost finalized, and after a half hour of conjugation and whispering the down payment now went to $2250. That was a red flag. After purchasing the car I went to change the oil. I noticed the headlamps had been resealed using black silicone. For some bizarre reason someone separated the headlamp assemblies. Second red flag. The car has also had considerable hail damage. The hood is aftermarket. There's points of over spray and parts that didn't happen even get painted. During the deal I noticed the computer the finance manager was in. It showed 165% mark up on my car, which now makes total sense. They bought this car dirt cheap because of the hail damage. Then they cosmetically touched it up to sell it on the high end. Tom the sales manager was very comforting in letting me know that I purchased "as is" so just deal with it. The owner of the company had the same attitude. I'm going to pursue some legal options, as well as the BBB. It's situations like this that we as consumers are always worried about. If you're looking for an honest and satisfying vehicle purchase this is definitely not the place. If your credit is decent go to an actual dealership. If you're rebuilding your credit you'll have better luck with a buy here pay here than this joke of a facility. I'm still trying to get the memorandum title for my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! More

Diamond in the rough I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and by far Brooke and the team at NCAM are doing it right. We were treated exceptionally well start to I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and by far Brooke and the team at NCAM are doing it right. We were treated exceptionally well start to finish,they held nothing back and were very straight forward. They got us in and out as quickly as they could. The selection of vehicles on site was very convenient and the pricing was way below most other dealerships in the area. I will certainly be back myself and tell others about NCAM as it's hard to find a place where you still can experience good customer service and friendly staff. More

He definitely made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me in any way even with testing a few different vehicles! Just ok, friendly service department Updated review, I was in desperate need for reliable transportation...with bad credit and just starting a new job I knew my chances were slim that’s w Updated review, I was in desperate need for reliable transportation...with bad credit and just starting a new job I knew my chances were slim that’s why I opted to go here Overall like I stated in my first review the final sales man that worked w/ me helped me out tremendously The car I was approved for was “as is” I was told I could get a warranty separate-cash but after putting down a down payment I couldn’t afford to make a same day purchase for the warranty Less than aweek into having the car I noticed the radio malfunctioning turning on/off warning signs misfiring on the dash etc. when the aux or CD player was in use... I called them back and eventually was able to get a hold of some one... I explained to them that I had just got the car..I was content that they were willing to take a look at it (I understand what “as is” means but I was hoping that they would honor my request since I felt the car was misrepresented in my disclosure there was no statements about electrical issues, actually stated no electrical etc issues noted on site but than again the site stated the vehicle only had 1 owner but that wasn’t accurate) Long story short 2 times I’ve made a trip here and I don’t truly know if the service department really did a diagnostic and repaired anything because the radio is deceiving it seems to work especially when it’s just on but when it wants just out the blue it acts up and the electrical issues have become worse each time This last time , after picking it up, on the 2nd day radio goes out, power steering warning lights misfiring car, which in turn made the steering wheel not want to turn, than I made a stop at one point and the the car didn’t want to start for a second, inside light didn’t want to turn on I assumed it was just a small issue but the electrical issues going on leads me to believe that they might have just reset again (taking the easy way again) or either thinking that it’s just the radio and it seems to be working fine At this point I’m just going to have come out of pocket to see what the problem is and pray that it’s not a costly fix More
