I've reached out over a dozen times in the passed 5 years. Multiple emails and phone calls. This last time the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, made a handful of excuses, and said that someone must be signing me up as interested in a car. Just take me off of the xxxx cold call/email list. I expressed interest in a car 1 time long ago, then decided that leasing is the best option for me. All your aggressive sales tactics have done, is make sure that A. If I ever do decide to buy again, it won't be from you. And B. To make sure I warn everyone I know, or hear is interested in a purchasing a car that once you go see Northcoast you will be harassed for all eternity. Get a better program that allows you to pernanently block emails, and phone numbers. I shouldn't have to tell someone to stop calling me more than once, let alone 100s of times. I don't need someone calling or emailing me telling me when I should be in the market for a car, when I want to buy a car I'll go find the one that I want, don't need you trying to throw 1 at me. xxxx you've been throwing at me for a long time now and I haven't been in the market. So what's a big annoyance and headache to me, seems like a huge efficiency issue, and waste of time and rescources for you.
