Leiad even helped me get the car home by driving the car to my house so that I can drop off my old car. Not only was I truly grateful but it really displayed the outstanding customer service that North Coast Auto Mall offer. In addition, Alex Niazov, the Finance Manager was very professional, prompt and transparent as we went through the contract. Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life Well I guess I'm giving 1 star because it is impossible to give 0 or negative stars. So where do I start. I drove 3 hours from below Columbus to look Well I guess I'm giving 1 star because it is impossible to give 0 or negative stars. So where do I start. I drove 3 hours from below Columbus to look at a vehicle this past weekend. About an hour and a half before arriving I received a call from NCAM to ask if I was still on my way and said they would get the car ready for me. Well when we arrived the car was no where to be seen. Walked into the dealership, waiting around for them to find the vehicle to which they eventually tell us that had be sold the day before. So we were a little pissed off we drove 3 hours to look at a car that was not even at the dealership. Well then thats not even the end of it. We went to the next North Coast Auto Mall location in Akron to look at a similar vehicle. It took them awhile and then found out that the car I wanted to see was actually at the beford location we just left. After spending 3 hours for them trying to find keys, trying to get keys made, and then offering me 3 thousand less than trade in value for my car, they then were going to take us up to see the car. After we are sitting in the car waiting to be taken to the next location the salesman said they were waiting on a call to make sure the car was still at the location... Seems like something you should have found out 3 hours ago. We then left and will never return. Please avoid at all risks. Between the two locations I have never seen cars detailed and taken care of so poorly, salesman so unknowing of what is going on at their dealership and what they have in stock, and general respect or thoughts of their clients. More
