I want to start off by thanking my salesman Ken Orndorff he was awesome. He really made sure he helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn’t just try to sale me anything he made sure it was what I came i he was awesome. He really made sure he helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn’t just try to sale me anything he made sure it was what I came in there for and I really do appreciate that because that showed that he cared. Because of that I have the SUV that I wanted with 4by4 and it’s perfect for me and my family. I would just like to say that Kolin went out of his way to do what i needed, just photos and video. This was all during the storm a week or two last month. This dealership is nothing but a rip off bought a honda CRV with 26000 miles and a $2000 warranty to go with it 7 months later the timing chain and tensioner are bad and the warranty won't cover it because CRV with 26000 miles and a $2000 warranty to go with it 7 months later the timing chain and tensioner are bad and the warranty won't cover it because it's called wear and tear on a car with 26000 miles. never ever ever ever will I ever recommend or buy a car from this dealership or NVP warranties. They tell you everything is covered then they add clauses to the contract to get out of paying for repairs. Dealer and warranty company are in cahoots with each other. I'll tell anybody and everybody that I know not to go to this dealership More
