The team at Northcoast Auto is AWESOME!! This was one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. I arrived at the dealership 2 hours past my appointment time. The salesman we had been in contact with met not more than 5 minutes after we were seated and started the process. We did have to move to a different desk, but it was directly behind us, so it wasn't an issue. While waiting we were offered refreshments. Tom even walked across the street to get my wife a coca cola. Our salesperson Tom let us take the car for a test drive and after we returned we started the process. Tow is very knowledgeable of the entire auto-buying process and explained all the details and answered all the questions we had. Stephanie was our original contact and kept us up-to-date about the arrival of the vehicle and details about it. Alex the finance guy, made it seem like we signed our names fewer than we actually did. He explained all the financing details very well, making it very understandable. He provide us free advice on making extra payments and early payoff that will save us BIG money in the long run. All in all the TEAM at North Coast Auto is one of the best auto dealership teams I've done business with.
