Best Place to buy any used cars This is one of the best best dealership to buy any used car from my experience after I shopped around 5 different dealers in and around PA and OH in t This is one of the best best dealership to buy any used car from my experience after I shopped around 5 different dealers in and around PA and OH in the last 4 months. There is no pressure, no sales gimmicks and only straight forward deals. It is not a fancy 5 star dealership facility however the cars are sold very well below the market price. The internet Sales (through Chat) are very prompt and responsive (Deetra Ross). The Sales rep (Nicole G) whom I worked with is very honest, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy.Also, they do have good selection of used cars that fits into any budget. On my situation, I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL trim with 15k miles and it cost well below the others dealers in and around Ohio and Pennsylvania. I think, they have very good procurement process that brings very good used cars from the Auction to the Lot at a low price. Their website says “High Volume, low markups” which is really a true statement. On my case, the CarFax report showed an accident and I was too worried about it. This dealership encouraged me to do a complete inspection by a third party mechanic. After a thorough 90 minutes inspection by quality unbiased mechanic combined with couple of diligent test ridings in local and high ways, I am totally convinced. Looks like, it was a minor front bumper cover incident and that was well taken care by the previous owner. Above all, I am able to manage the mechanic inspection remotely (since I am from Pennsylvania). The Sales rep arranged the drop-off at the mechanic shop of my choice and picked it up and that saved my time/energy. The finance options are fair and flexible at this dealership. I brought my own finance from my local bank and they also offered the financing option with almost same interest rates. Most importantly, they let me decide which one to use without any pressure. In my case, I chose to use my bank. Overall, I am very pleased that I bought my dream car at the right price within my budget with full confidence. More

North coast service center ; C. Smith I recently went to the North Coast Service center to have my car serviced for my tire pressure. I wasn't sure what was going on with the car but when I recently went to the North Coast Service center to have my car serviced for my tire pressure. I wasn't sure what was going on with the car but when I called I spoke with ,Bianca, and she was so professional and kind she promptly told me to come right in so they can take care of the situation. The service team checked my tires among other things on the vehicle and now I feel I can safely drive my vehicle. Thank you Northcoast! More
