While we do our best to disclose all information regarding the vehicles we sell unfortunately sometimes people do not report every ding or dent to car fax. The title on this vehicle is clean not a salvage title so their may have been a accident but a very minor one with no structural damage to the vehicle. We do our very best to provide accurate and honest information to every customer. First off I'd like to apologize that you felt that you had a poor experience with us, we always strive to ensure that our customers leave happy. After having reviewed your file I can say with certainty that we did our best to get you financed. Unfortunately we are unable to control the banks and whether they decide to withdraw funding or not due to whether a client is a temp, albeit a long term one. Whatever stipulations are set by the bank are in no way influenced by us. Even though we were not part of the decision making process, I am truly sorry that the bank pulled funding out, believe me when I tell you that we would much rather prefer you having the car than not ma'am. Matthew, Two days after I turned the car in, I received a letter from the banking stating, although they were unable to fund me under the original amount request they sent back a counter offer with different terms and I should check with the dealership. I was told by the dealership the bank would not fund me, when in actuality the bank just wanted to adjust the amount and the terms. When I called to ask the dealership about the counter offer letter I received from the bank they proceeded to tell me they had no knowledge of a counter offer and that a counter offer letter does not mean they were gonna give me a loan for a lesser amount (even though by definition that is exactly what a counter offer is). I was without a vehicle for 2 and 1/2 days due to that situation. They didn't even offer to get me in a car less expensive to try to match the terms the bank was willing to offer!!! There is nothing more North Coast Automall can do for me. I am still highly upset and I have no intentions of sending anyone I know and or associate with that is in the market to purchase a vehicle to North Coast. Also the sales man turned to me, the day I was picking up my items out of the truck, and said "At the end of the day it's your credit that has you in the position you are in!!!"
