The young man that helped make things run very smoothe for me was Jason Lindsey. I came in with a doubt that I wouldn't be able to get a car, but itreally turned around. I told Jason what I was a first time buyer of a vehicle and wanted a reliable car for me and my daughter, a note not too high but knew based off of my credit I would have to pay a high one. He showed me a couple of vehicles that he knew would fit my plan, I picked one out and Im riding in my new 2016 Malibu! The car runs so smoothe and it's very spacious I've couldn't of asked for a better vehicle. The note is right on target for me ,paper work with the finance manager (Alex Niazov) wasn't stressful at all. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again Carmen Smith More

Deetra on the Phone convinced me to make the trip from Atlanta and Nicole gave me total freedom with the test drive experience that sealed the deal. Overall experience was great though, clean place and friendly staff.Nicole was great and made this a great experience. I have excellent credit if thats even a thing anymore, and they were able to get me a better rate then my bank whom i've worked with for years and many cars. The staff all worked together and help one another out. Thats what you get when you work with a business who is family owned. Corporate places are about quantity, not quality. I myself, am a small business owner and support others. Highly recommend Nicole and North Coast. More
Paying to Delete Negative Reviews Two years ago I bought a car from here and it was an AWFUL experience including damage to the vehicle that is still present. A few days ago I received a call from a representative stating that they're trying to improve on past customers' experiences. Fast forward to today, part of that PR push was offering me a $300 visa gift card as compensation. In return, I was asked to remove the negative review (pay for delete). However, apparently it is against company policy to send out the gift card until after the review is deleted (AKA, give them a higher online customer approval average and never see a dime of any promised compensation). This company has extremely shady business practices and if you filter your search of them by "only negative reviews" you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Hurry though, the negative reviews might mysteriously disappear. My previous negative review: "Zero stars from sales to service!" This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life. Sammy, the sales associate was great. No issues there. The sales manager (or whoever he is) was condescending and patronizing during our price negotiations and did not make me feel as though they were interested in my business. Then, two days later I received a shady call from the lady who drew up the paperwork claiming that I was undercharged and needed to come back in to re-sign contracts and refinance my loan. When I stated I wasn't comfortable with that I was abruptly hung up on. THEN, a week later I took my vehicle into the service department to have tint removed and car detailed per our purchase agreement. I was told that it would take 2-2.5 hours to complete the work. During this process the car was damaged where the windows and hard top convertible function are no longer working. No one would give my relative (who was waiting on the car) a straight answer until I called to inquire as to why it was taking so long (at this point it was was 6+ hours before i was given a rental). I then spoke to Rocko, the department manager, who was extremely rude on the phone and spoke to me like i was a petulant child who was wasting his time. Absolutely awful experience from sales to service. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your business to one of the many other dealerships in the area. More
