I had a very good experience purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. From the car salesman to the finance manager, general manager and closing rep, everyone worked together making a smooth transaction all arou vehicle. Worst Place Ever... I called from 9:00 am -3:30 pm due to an accident I had I needed my 2020 Mitsubishi towed to be repaired. No one ever answered the phone. I got nothing but voice mail all day.(I left mess an accident I had I needed my 2020 Mitsubishi towed to be repaired. No one ever answered the phone. I got nothing but voice mail all day.(I left messages no calls back) I chatted with two reps on their page who assured me they would have someone call me back... NOTHING. I ended up having my car towed to Mentor Kia to be repaired. I was stranded until 8:00 am to 7:30 pm when I was finally able to tell the tow truck driver where to take my car. Bedford was 4 miles from where I was stranded. Kia 45 miles, but Kia took care of me That was over a week ago. Never got a call back, still haven't.. Worst customer service ever. Would never take my car there. I will drive to PA Mitsubishi before I ever go to this place. More
