Tried trading it at a dealership in PA in December only to find out that there is structural damage to the vehicle. The carfax clearly indicates that NCAM would have known about it. Another check of our paperwork shows that we signed off on being notified of the damage. I can assure you - NOBODY informed us of any structural damage to this vehicle, nor did they show us a carfax. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!! Buyer beware! More

scammers On September 10, 2015 i was tricked into buying a 2009 bmw that i was told someone traded in the night before and i traded my 2004 bmw in and i was so On September 10, 2015 i was tricked into buying a 2009 bmw that i was told someone traded in the night before and i traded my 2004 bmw in and i was sold a car with the service light on, scratches they promise to fix, stuck passenger seat, and Max (salesperson) told me to bring it back for a oil change the next week that's all was needed to reset light. I made 6 visits to auto world concerning this car. I asked for a car fax 5 times and excuses was made because not only is this car faulty they bought this car from a auction. Not only did the light stay on but car jumps when you cut it on that is why it took them so long to bring it from the back of the shop. They lied and said they did a diagnostic check on the last visit and the result was bad fuel well the car continued to jump and stall so i took it to BMW and their diagnostic check came back as bad fuel injectors. They also inflate income of customers which is also against the law. They have been contacted by BMW, Attorney General office, consumer affairs, and BBB. They refuse to stand by their word to operate a business according to the Consumer Sales Practices Act. This place needs to be closed and a investigation needs to be conducted. They stole my trade in and they are refusing to repair this car! Do not buy from them. More
