Taking back the previous rating! Car had issues and was informed it would be perfectly fine to drive back to Michigan and it was just a minor sensor. A check will be sent to me in the mail to cover part and labor. Once in michigan and sensor was installed the issue was not fixed. Chip told me to take it to my local European service center and get it diagnosed. Repair shop says parts were missing from an oil change causing low oil pressure the entire drive back to Michigan and now the motor should be replaced. I have been told over a week now that the dealer will be having a meeting discussing this matter. Before it was found that it was the motor that needed to be replaced they were all for helping me out. Also took them almost a week to contact the repair shop, or so they say. I will be confirming if they called the repair shop this weekend or Monday at the latest. Once I told the dealer (chip) this my response time from him was way to long. Not returning texts or emails. Not professional at all.

This customer pulled in and looked at a vehicle that we just got in and was inline to go into our service department. The young man he referenced had only been in the business for three weeks and was supposed to be shadowing an experienced salesman. He was in over his head with this customer and the customer left a negative review. Auto World is an award winning dealer on Dealerrater. Kind Regards to all good people

In addition to our previous public reply. This person states he already experienced a few bad visits at other dealerships. So, he was already having a bad day and decided to leave a negative review on an innocent young man that didn't have the experience to deal with an aggressive personality that this person demonstrated. I doubt he left any negative feedback on these other dealers, he was looking to take out his bad day on someone and young Thomas was the one that got in the way of this man's anger.
