We called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and we arrived to be greeted by a salesman. ( I forget the name ) >>>>fast forward to the test drive....... I sat in the drivers seat and found the "add oil indicator" displayed. I mentioned this to the salesman and he replied, "oh ok, you still want to drive it or do you want me to take it to the garage for some oil?" I told him that he needs to add oil, these lights don't turn on when simply a quart low. I got out and he drove over to the garage area..... He eventually returned and said the mechanic said it would be ok that it was just advising of oil change life. I said no it wasn't. He left again and I decided to pop the hood and check the oil myself. I immediately noticed that a wax paper disposable oil funnel was crammed into the fill tube in place of the obviously missing oil cap. When the salesman returned, I pointed this out and he acted flustered and pulled the wax paper out and began to pour the half of a quart of oil into the fill tube. I checked the oil again and it still did not read any oil on the dipstick. I said it needs more. He left to get more and as we stood there, a trail of oil began to run down the pavement from under the truck. The small amount of oil that he actually did put in was immediately leaking out. When he returned again, I pointed this out to him and he became more flustered asking if we still wanted to test drive it.. I immediately said "No way" and wished them better luck with the guy that they told me earlier was going to be stopping for a test drive in a half hour unless I bought it. I hate to even think that they either cracked the block or simply forgot to put the oil drain plug or filter on. More

Just bought my 3rd car from Nick at North Coast Auto Mall I found out about North Coast Auto Mall through a friend last September and have since worked with a gentleman by the name of Nick Ciocanelea who is a I found out about North Coast Auto Mall through a friend last September and have since worked with a gentleman by the name of Nick Ciocanelea who is a superb Sales Professional. I've now bought 3 cars with his help - the first time I spent a week looking all over the area visiting different dealerships to find the right car and price. I then went on the spur of the moment to NC Auto Mall and met Nick - he showed me 3 options that fit my criteria and pointed me to one in particular above the other two giving me tips as to why he would recommend the one over the others. He sold me on it and in 9 months I've put 27K miles on the car and am loving it!! Fast forward to the start of June, my son needed a car as he had just graduated from school and had got a job in Rochester NY. I had him do some homework and he found a number of cars at different dealerships - we went and checked them out. Neither one of us was excited about what we saw. I called up Nick and took my son to meet him. Within 3 hours we were done and my son was thrilled with his new car. Have another son who needs a car for school (our old one just died that the kids had been using) so without looking elsewhere I called up Nick and that night I was driving home a car that beat any other deals that my other son had been able to find (he looked for a day and a half before I was able to point him to North Coast Auto Mall). He and my wife are very happy with the resulting car that I picked out (my wife is a little jealous). Thanks Nick!! More
