First of all I have to say that this has to be last customer I would ever suspect to hear such a poor review from considering our store including Landry did so much for you. We will admit to the public that the vehicle was low on oil but was never empty and we did the right thing by making sure the oil was changed and all other fluids were checked and topped off, we also changed two perfectly fine tires and breaks all the way around... The list goes on and on and anyone who feels that this review is a show stopper from purchasing from our store they are more then welcome to view all service records performed by our store as supporting documents to prove that we did more then a lot of other stores would ever consider doing for this customer. We also offered to ship the vehicle to the customers door step while service was performed so they wouldn't have to wait in the store and that was all fine until the buyer insisted that they picked it up. As for the detail that is truly funny you would make up such a lie considering you purchased the vehicle nearly 3 months ago and you had no complaints at the time of purchase about detail what so ever? This review is not only ludicrous but a very low blow to our stores brand because we did so much for you to make you feel better about everything only for you to turn around and leave such poor feedback about us when you forgot to say what we did do for you and how much money you actually saved by purchasing your truck from us. The reality of it is we offer wholesale pricing to the public at the same pricing that dealerships and exporters pay we are hundreds of dollars above dead cost to make it even possible to stay in business to continue to sell at such low prices to the public, our vehicles are all used vehicles and no one has a crystal ball to say what will happen to these vehicles down the road. If anyone wants to grade our store over such a counterfeit review then so be it because we have a lot more positive reviews then negative reviews and we do take care of our customers in everyway possible. Don't expect to buy a used vehicle and not anticipate some type of recon further more be a responsible buyer and have your vehicle inspected by a third party so there is no conflict of interest with your feedback prior to purchasing we encourage it. We don't by vehicles and call other dealers back to say hey it only had $10.00 of gas in it. We saved enough to sell it just as you saved enough to own it knowing that you saved nearly $2k or better behind NADA book on all of our vehicles. All you had to do was call us and speak to us about whatever problem you had its a shame that you would say such negative things about us.
