Great Salesman, but the Dealership Could Do Better Let me state up front that Joe Curiale is the salesman you want if you contact this dealership. I started out with another salesman, but literally wal Let me state up front that Joe Curiale is the salesman you want if you contact this dealership. I started out with another salesman, but literally walked away for a few weeks because he wasn't providing the customer service I expected as an out-of-state purchaser. When I re-contacted the dealership and spoke with Joe due to the other salesman no longer working there, it was an immediate positive difference in customer service! Joe is #1! Regarding the dealership, they have some nice cars, but on the one I purchased, when I flew from Florida after weeks of the car being prepped. During my inspection, multiple fasteners (6 total) that held down the engine guard cover were missing. When I asked to have them replaced and also asked for the car to be re-detailed due to dirt and grime inside and out that should have been cleaned when originally serviced the dealership would not do any of it. Also, the wiper blades were worn out and I didn't discover it until on my 1,000 mile drive home and the metal wipers scratched the windshield when the auto rain sensors activated. Another minor issue was the washer fluid was completely empty. Not a big deal by itself, but combined with the rest of the issues I documented, it paints a pretty accurate picture of what you should expect if you shop at this dealership. Good, but not great. very delightful and comfortable I talked to Evelynn on the phone after researching some cars online. She was very helpful and set me an appointment to test drive. The USAA car buying servic My wife and I needed to purchase two cars this year to accommodate our family of six, with one car as a commuting vehicle. The USAA car buying service referred us to North Coast Auto Mall for every brand and model of vehicle that we researched. We selected our autos online, forwarded the information to the dealer, and called to inquire. Within ten minutes, Sammy called me back and scheduled a test drive. My wife researched the dealership prior to our appointment: all five-star ratings. The next day, we got exactly what we wanted: two autos of great value at a fair price. It was the most enjoyable auto-buying experience I have ever had. Sammy listened to us, did not push, did not try and sell us what we didn't need, let us test drive the vehicles on our own, even had one car delivered to our house. I've already been telling family and co-workers about the great experience with North Coast Auto Mall. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
