Customer Service I had been looking for a specific car for months, and found one on the NCAM listings. Price was very good, so I called on it, spoke to a sales person I had been looking for a specific car for months, and found one on the NCAM listings. Price was very good, so I called on it, spoke to a sales person (Evelyn) and made an appointment to look at the car on a Saturday afternoon with Alex N. (I'm 2.5hrs from them, so this worked well for me). Upon arrival, sales floor was very busy (good for them!), but I was immediately greeted and told where my sales person's (Alex N.) desk was and that he'd be with us. He was super to deal with, as were everyone we talked with at the dealership (as I said, they were quite busy so we had to wait on paperwork to be filled out to purchase the car). Would definitely buy from Alex again. More
