Above and beyond to make things right! Bought a beautiful 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited from Bryce and flew up to finish the sale. Bryce picked me up personally at the airport and drove me to the dealership. Bryce was very professional and personable. Upon arriving it was found there was a issue with the vehicle that would require a part to be ordered and overnighted to the dealership. Bryce made sure that I was take care of as far as accomodations and a beautiful loaner car. The dealership was upfront and honest about the need to replace the part (at their expense) and take care of me while away from family. Bryce and the team made what could have been a tremendous catastrophe into a great buying experience. Will be recommending Auto World and specifically Bryce to all my friends and family. More

To the point dealership. The service I experienced at Auto World was a positive one. Bryce and Terry dedicated time to me, listened to what I wanted, took care of my problems The service I experienced at Auto World was a positive one. Bryce and Terry dedicated time to me, listened to what I wanted, took care of my problems and sold me one of the many impressive cars on their lot. I never felt any pressure to buy and their prices are as competitive as you can ask for. I traveled a couple of hours to test drive the car I found online and they were very patient and even stayed a few minutes late without asking any questions so that I could give the car a proper workout. There was also a bit of damage that I wasn't able to see in the pictures (it was visible upon closer inspection). They were very confident in their ability to have it fixed and even to my great skepticism, when I returned, it looked as good as I asked for it to be. If I had a complaint it would be that I sensed they might not have had the great knowledge of all the cars on the lot, but in fairness, there are many cars and they seemed to have high turnover. Also, the woman who finalized the paperwork was a bit ditsy and even forgot some of the essential paperwork, but she was kind and it wasn't intentionally negligent. Any attentive prepared buyer wouldn't find a problem with any of this. These people sell cars that sell themselves so they have a welcoming straightforward environment that I personally prefer and appreciated. I would certainly make the trip to buy from them again. More

Very HAPPY with my Acura TSX<3 Went into the dealership to look at my 06 Acura tsx and we were immediately met outside by Clerge. We had called ahead and he had it right out front. Went into the dealership to look at my 06 Acura tsx and we were immediately met outside by Clerge. We had called ahead and he had it right out front. It was raining that day so I requested Clerge take it inside and dry it off so we could have a good look at it, that's great customer service! Car was awesome! Clerge made us feel very comfortable as we looked over the car for a good 30 min. No pressure.....he just let us do our thing. We we unable to come to a price agreement that day, but Clerge kept in contact with me and my husband over the next week trying to get me in this car within our budget. Most sales guys would of just moved onto the next customer but he was awesome in doing his best to make a deal with us :-) I'm glad he kept calling and we finally were able to make the deal.....and a week later I drove my new baby home! So far I'm extremely happy with my car.....I did have to do some regular maintenance and replace a scratched windshield to it to get it to MY safety and driving standards but overall it's great! I would recommend Auto World USA for price and the awesome customer service! Thank you Clerge! More
