He got me an awesome deal on a '05 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles. It's the small SUV of my dreams and I didn't even know it. He communicated great and made sure we got all the information necessary to make the process smooth. It was nice to not have to go into a dealership and wait forever and a day to get the process going.
