I was and we came to an initial figure good enough to make the trip. About 200 miles one way. Clerge was great right from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. After the test drive I pointed out a couple of minor things and was compensated for those also. All in all it was a very good experience and would definitely return if I was in need of another vehicle. When we left we stopped at a gas station and my wife locked her keys in her vehicle with it running. The Bedford police would not come to help but AUTO WORLD DID!!!!! And thank God they did. Great bunch of guys!!! More

From service to sales let me preface this by saying that I bought my first car from here and the experience was easy and the customer service was great. Now coming in for service for an exhaust issue Rob in service was awesome! he kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle, and was I felt very honest with me in his assessment of my situation during the inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention that the subframe in my vehicle was rotting out and in the end would not be safe to drive over the long term. So with Rob's suggestion I went to speak with eddie to see if he could possibly get me into a newer vehicle, I really feel like I was given the run around this time over the past few days I have spent a total of 12 hours in the dealership for them to tell me nothing if I was declined financing or if I was, If they wanted a more solid work history or more proof of employment than what I provided. nothing and as someone that works in customer service I feel that if you say you are going to call me to let me know what is going on you should do so and if you cant approve me you should say so instead of having me spend so much time in the dealership only to come out with no clear answer is frustrating especially when you are riding around in a car that is not particularly safe for myself or my three children. I feel that information about my situation should have been as transparent as possible given its my personal information that is being evaluated. More

I have worked as a CFO for a major new Car Dealer, and Bryce went above and beyond to do everything within his power to make the transaction occur. He was very punctual, and concerned about complete customer satisfaction. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, due to the appearance on the internet in regards to the color of the vehicle, I would definitely recommend Bryce and the Dealership to anyone. There was no pressure to purchase as he wanted to make sure that we had the best deal and were completely happy with the purchase. He gave us several options, but I just could not bring myself to accept the color. Keep up the GREAT work ! More

Already Recommending friends and family to this dealer. This dealer ship blew me away. I have very specific taste and a very specific price range. I had been looking for an Audi for months and couldnt find This dealer ship blew me away. I have very specific taste and a very specific price range. I had been looking for an Audi for months and couldnt find one that I liked. Not only did Auto World USA have the car, they had in cheaper than I had ever seen that body style going for, so I admit i was skeptical. I told Bryce that I do not buy a car without my mechanic doing a full inspection. he replies " I dont blame you, I will have it cleaned and a plate thrown on by the time you get here tomorrow." I went and picked it up at 11. took it to my mechanic who has worked with hundreds of audi's, Porsche's, BMW's. He ran all the codes, put it on the lift and immediatley told me it was a good buy. There were a few VERY minor issues such as the solenoid in the gas door was not functioning properly. I had this car off the lot from 11AM to 5:30PM and Bryce didnt even flinch. I got back discussed the issues, and again not one objection. Just said "Done" before I could finish my sentence. The hardest part about this car buying was the Loan. I was going through a local credit union who obviously did not want to approve a 23 year old kid with bad credit on a new body style Audi Turbo. Reluctantly they approved me for the loan at $460 monthly payments. ABSURD! I called Bryce and told him the issue with Credit union. He tells me to go on their site and apply for financing there, so I did. 20 minutes later, I get a reponse from Bryce saying approved. He took my payments from $460 to $299. Exact same term with an interest rate that was 6% lower that what the credit union quoted me with the exact same amount down as I wanted. I was amazed and told him I will be there tomorrow for the car. Closing went off without a hitch. Wasnt in the dealership for more than 20 minutes and I drove away in my new Audi. Long story short: If you are looking to buy a good car at a good price and cut through the xx of normal salesman. Just go see Bryce. I'm already Recommending him to everyone that I talk to. -Steve More
