We purchased a Saab 9-5 (not an available selection above). We travelled from Blairsville, PA which is about a 3.5 hour trip to get this car. I purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz from this dealership. I was lied to about the small accident in the front end on the car fax. In fact it was a total suspension rebuild using after market parts. They stated that it was less than $500.00 damage ("a head light or something..."). I only found out about it AFTER I took it to a lake county dealer to have the regular maintenance done and investigate a shimmy in the front end. They would not cover any of it even as the car was under warranty. In addition, upon purchase the vehicle, there was a trunk panel covering access to the passenger side rear light cluster in the trunk. It was clearly stated in the purchase contract that NCAM would replace the missing panel. After numerous follow up phone calls and emails they blocked my number. I have yet to receive the panel. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USED CAR DEALER!!! More
Chris is an extremely helpful employee who assisted me during my car search. Previously I looked at 5 other dealerships but ultimately landed with North Coast Auto Mall due to Chris's personality. I felt that he was very honest and helpful and genuinely looked out for my best interest. He is not a typical salesman where they care about making the fast sale and the money. Chris on the other hand takes it slow and walks with you step by step making sure you cover all the bases before you commit to the purchase. There is zero high pressure sales tactics with him. I firmly believe that he looks out for your best interest. Overall I had a great experience and recommend that if you are in the greater Cleveland area and looking for an affordable car stop by North Coast Auto Mall and chat with Chris. More
Stay away from this dealership .. Jason Stormer is a lier and a crook ... My trade in truck is still not paid .. and this is effecting my credit.. and they will not give my hummer back . I drove all the way from fargo to get my truck and when i called them to get my floor mats and head rests they told me the vehicle doesnt come with them. They even screen phone calls from people. ALL THESE GOOD REVIEW ARE FROM THE SALES STAFF or friends of sales staff .... do not take these good reviews in to any consideration. They will ruin ur credit they will sell u a pile .. run away from auto world usa. its more like auto crooks usa ... i wish i had time to drive back to ohio i will line these people up and slap the taste out of them. I am so mad i have my other bank calling for payment for a vehicle i nolonger have. I have left voice mails on all 4 people in thie review they are crooks NEVER NEVER GIVE THEM UR TRADE IN .. I found the used VW Passat online at a great low price. I called Ryan Wade the next day to reserve the car for a test drive as the dealership was 2+ hours away from home. Drove 450 miles one way to pick up car that Gene said was flawless according to Joe. There were some definite issues with the car when I arrived. I had to put about $1500 into the car when I got home to br flawless according to Joe. There were some definite issues with the car when I arrived. I had to put about $1500 into the car when I got home to bring it up to where it should have been at the price I paid for it. Repairs included steering rack replacement, muffler, front wheel bearing. In the end I feel like I paid a premium for this car even though I got some money off. If this was a dealer car I would have paid the same amount and got a warranty with it, or it would have been certified. Satisfied with the help from Nick. I feel Gene could have described the car a bit better. The pictures did not show the flaws in the car, I felt. The issues were pretty obvious and would have been noticed during their "oil change" that they routinely do with every vehicle, and buy taking a test drive. I appreciate them taking every opportunity to help and get me back on the road ASAP. I also appreciate Joe giving me a ride to the rental car location. I am satisfied with the car in the end. This is my sixth used vehicle purchased online. I guess you just never know what you will get in the end when buying used. More
