We are a high-volume dealership, that sells cars at wholesale prices, so we do encourage customers to have vehicles inspected by a mechanic of their choice so long as it is not a franchise dealer or a competitor of ours. A lot of the vehicles on our lot are actually on consignment and not owned by North Coast, so we are glad that Joe was able to work with you. I assure you that our salesman are well trained, but understand your frustration, and we are taking steps to address the issue and have our phone salesman better inform customers of issues.
