You can honor your bill of sale that CLEARLY states that you will provide a carpeted passenger side rear tail light access panel from a Mercedes dealer. I bought a 2010 e350 class about a year ago. Ask Nick. He blocked my calls and routed them to the service desk that NEVER called back . Fix that and I will make the review right.

Mr Customer, Let me shed some light on your situation. First no one is a crook. When you trade in a vehicle with a payoff you are still responsible for making your payment until it is paid off by the dealer. On the dealer's end we must get paid on the vehicle you bought. Once we receive the funds from that bank, we then send a payoff check to the lender that holds title on your trade vehicle. Once that lender receives that check they handle the processing on their end which takes time. I will give an example of why this makes sense. Let's say you trade in your vehicle and the payment is due the next day. If the dealer sends a payoff check and for any reason the vehicle you bought and financed doesn't get funded because they found an error on your credit app. In this example the dealer would have to return your trade-in back to you with a clean title. Once it's paid off there is no going back to the original loan. As for your attorney...I was on the phone with a young fella representing himself as your attorney. I explained to him everything I just now explained. Everything was going fine until he and other people in the background started laughing out loud. I thought he sounded to young to be an attorney and also felt he was asking questions that an attorney should know do to the federal privacy act I couldn't answer. So, I felt I was protecting you and hung up on this person trying to extract your personal information. my mind is not at ease. I want the hummer back in fargo and you can take this pile with you. And telling me the head rests don't come with the vehicle. I have been a manager for Valley imports inc for 7 years this is why you guys have a horrible google reviews and yelp etc. Pay off the trade this week or send some one with my hummer and take this pile back. As for the attorney you will hear more from them soon enough, we are gathering info from other clients of ur business. Better business bureau has notified us about 10 different complaint s about your company. Jason Strom has been nothing but issues to deal with as soon as I say hello he hangs up the phone. I have been an owner or audi's MB;s and other nicer vehicles I hand in my old car I take the new one drive away. I ve yet to see this kinda bs ... I mean why have me come all the way if u didn't have the funding ready to go. u think this is a joke ? I drove from fargo to get that truck ... FIX this ASAP ... NO I m not going to call u .. Sir funding comes from the bank when they process your paperwork. They don't have a check waiting for at our office prior to your delivery. We must send them all the signed original docs. There is a process involved. As for your headrests, I am not saying vehicles don't come with headrests new from the factory. I am saying that there were no headrests in that vehicle when we got it and you came in and took delivery with no headrests. We never promised to get you headrests. I am not trying to argue. Please feel free to call the store and ask for Scott Bibb as it is my pleasure to speak with you. As for you attorney, we have done nothing wrong. You are just not understanding how payoffs work. IT has never taken 3 weeks to do a pay off .. and I m not paying my h3 that I do not have .. I have no gotten any info about where I m suppose to pay for the cayenne ... nothing NO INFO .. and Jason keeps hanging up and ya'll keep screening my call .. valley imrts and other great dealers I dealt with before .. didn't give me this issue .. the finance people did what they are suppose to do. Call ALLY and figure this out they are calling me 10 time a day .. my credit is already shot cause of u guys ... this was the biggest mistake I have done ... its only been 3 weeks since I bought the f ing truck .. I had to replace the blower motor .. break rotors ...and pads and the that idiot sales guy said they changed the oil that was a lie too. so I m at about 1000 dollars to fix the truck that was advertised as very well take care of of with no repairs. and didn't say anything about head rests missing .. u might wanna add that to the description. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to be a car sale person .. that's why I m a network engineer and ur a car sales person. but as a car sales person take pride on not screwing people over. Whats with the no communication Jason said he was gonna let me know by the 23 rd of December .. well ITS past that time now. I NEED THIS FIGURED OUT ASAP or send the H3 back with my deposit ... I will put the old blower motor back on there with the old breaks. I still have the warped rotors. yeah "we have inspected this vehicle the guy said" how can u inspect it when u don't have a PCNA tester for Porsche cayennes oh yeah I worked for them for 7 years ... I trained on these trucks for 7 years in Chicago ... so NO u guys didn't inspect it.. u cant even take the svc engine light. But co owner or what ever the hell it is .. u might wanna check out other comments on google .. and yelp ... really tells u what kind of dealership this is. FIX THIS ASAP .. call ally 18888033174 . I ve yet to see more horrible reviews online ... oh good lord .. I have forwarded this to gateway checvy owner brad sather ... and valley imports and wallwork inc owner ww wallwork ... they are going to send this to the rest of the company to go do reviews .. u guys really shouldn't be in business. lies and after lies.

Hi Pat, We received payment from Ally Bank for the Porsche on 01/06/2014 and we mailed your payoff check on 01/08/2014. I just called them and they told my once they receive the check it takes them 3-5 business days to process the completion of payoff. They did note your account that the payoff should be complete in the next few days and I was told they will no longer be calling you. I hope this clears everything up. I talked to them this am and none of that was mentioned to me. I will call them and forward ally ur message. I will keep u posted. And please if ur selling these expensive brands atleast check em out with beachwood Porsche. I think its 79.99 for a full inspection and 120 dollars to run the PIWIS tester. I ve already spent about 1000 on the truck. Its bad business and educated the sales people at least to know what a warped rotor feels like. it shakes the steering wheel. I will hit u up here with allys info

Pat I sell them at a wholesale price all over the world. I put into each and every advertisement to please have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party service facility prior to the completion of purchase. Perception from individual to individual varies greatly. Folks that come into the store get to look the vehicle up and down and ask questions, but I still recommend a 3rd party inspection. Too many moving and non moving parts on a vehicle to possibly cover everything in an advertisement. That is why I encourage the 3rd party inspection. As a dealer that sells over 200 vehicles per month I know I need to do a better job at getting all the happy people to leave positive feedback. I am always trying to get better.
