Since they were over 700 miles away from me, I was concerned that they'd stick it to me once I drove the 13 hours in my trade. (What was I going to do, drive over 700 miles back with nothing? Plus, they already had my $500 down payment. Needless to say, they had all the leverage and that worried me.) To my surprise and good fortune, Katie and Auto World USA stuck to their promises. The car looked better in person than in the pictures -- and they take great pictures of their cars -- and they stayed within $12 of the monthly payment they quoted me from the beginning. (They can find you great financing too even if you have credit issues like I do.) I've bought many new and used cars in the past and can honestly say, without a doubt, that working with Katie and Auto World USA was the easiest dealer, car purchase experience I have ever had. We bought a chevy avalanche from Ryan at auto world. He went above and beyond we expected of a car salesman to make sure it was a good experience. The vehicle was everything he said and more.
