Had discussions for over a month on a specific vehicle. Made Appointment and drove over 300 miles one way to see and potentially purchase. Wasn't provided accurate facts. Car had some flaws, which I inquired about-ie: defective leather in two places, exterior touch up wasn't done with correct color of car paint, missing tow hook cover, car fax (when I requested it) showed an accident. The oil change indicator was on along with navigation assistance was required. This vehicle (with an appointment being made) should have been show room ready. They did not "Wow" me as a customer and they appeared to be unorganized, un-willing to negotiate the price (and I was lead to believe they would be) and they tried to scam me on my trade in (I had NADA and Kelly Blue Book trade in reports). They put $5.00 worth of gas in the car and said I could drive it for about 20 minutes. I got lost and the guage indicated I had zero miles until out of fuel. I stopped to put gas in it to make it back and they didn't even offer to refund me for the purchase!!! I called and talked to the GM, Mike, once I left there. Said they are a wholesale dealership and gave me the best price available. NOT TRUE!!! I had other print outs of same make,model vehicles - nearly identical except for color, and they were better priced. This dealerhip may work for customers that don't care about excellent customer service, and perhaps just want a car with no concern about interest rates, prices, etc - they just want a car! Not my kind of operation. Once leaving this dealership, I headed down to another professional dealership in Ohio and made my purchase and left with my new vehicle. Perhaps North Coast Auto Mall employees need to embrace true customer service and learn how to "Wow" their customers! I would not recommend anyone to deal with this place due to my bad experience. I simply want to say I was in on Wednesday to look at a Jeep with Chris Phillips. Chris personally came in on his day off to assist me with the purchase of my first vehicle. Unfortunately I did not leave a Jeep with Chris Phillips. Chris personally came in on his day off to assist me with the purchase of my first vehicle. Unfortunately I did not leave a deposit on the car with Auto World when I first initially saw the Jeep. Needless to say instead of simply telling me the car was sold, Chris showed me over 300 other vehicles that they had right there in stock. I had my heart set on one specific vehicle, so Chris and the owner Derik searched a 50 mile radius to succeed in finding the exact car I wanted. Within 5 minutes the Jeep was at Auto World which Chris and Derik wholesales from another dealership for me and sold me at their exact price that they just wholesaled it for! I could not have asked for a better truck let alone a fun atmosphere, great staff, and most of all the best customer satisfaction I have ever received. Thank you again Chris and Auto World! More

My experience at North Coast Auto Mall was fantastic! The sales associate I worked with was Igor Radic. He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted. He took the time to discuss financing, payment options and how the car buying process worked in general; being a first time car buyer I really appreciated the time Igor spent walking me through all of the details. The whole process was quite quick, I was in and out in under an hour! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend North Coast Auto Mall to my friends and family. Ask for Igor! More
Evelyn is so nice to talk to, she knows her stuff and is soooo easy to work with. We had a Toyota Highlander shipped to us from North Coast and we LOVE it. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in July from Igor at NCAM. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from him at the this dealership in less than a year. I also purchased a 2009 Mercedes E-Class from NCAM. This was my second vehicle that I purchased from him at the this dealership in less than a year. I also purchased a 2009 Mercedes E-Class from him in December 2012. I came back for my second vehicle because of his superior customer service and attention to detail. He made the car buying experience the easiest and most hassle free that I have ever experienced. In the future when my family and friends have used car needs I will recommend that they see Igor at NCAM. More
