They have stellar reviews on most websites (mainly because they pad reviews by submitting fake ones), so they were able to deceive us...please do not be deceived yourselves...find a reputable business to purchase from instead of North Coast Auto Mall. We recently made a purchase of a vehicle, and thankfully were able to discover undisclosed damage prior to the completion of the sale. Unfortunately we had already made the deposit on the vehicle and they refused to refund us our money once the damage was discovered, despite the company having lied about the vehicle. We had to open a Fraud Case against them through our financial institution in order to get our money back. Then North Coast Auto Mall called us and lied about the termination of one of their employees who allegedly was the cause of all of the problems, however, upon calling into their company, it was determined that the employee was still employed by North Coast Auto Mall, just at a different location. BEWARE of this company, their business practices are immoral and they actively work to hide their poor business and the damage to their vehicles. They are skilled liars! It is clear that they have much practice at actively deceiving the public! More

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from North Coast. For me this has been my worst nightmare come true to actually have purchased a lemon car. This entire experience has been a colossal disaste Coast. For me this has been my worst nightmare come true to actually have purchased a lemon car. This entire experience has been a colossal disaster. First we were told the vehicle was still under warranty and this was included in the ad, however this turned out to be a completely false statement. Second the car had been in a MAJOR accident and this information was never disclosed and it will cost thousands for all of the needed repairs. The car shakes when driven and since I'm pregnant it is completely unsafe to drive. The windshield was obviously replaced by is not seated correctly. The rear door lock doesn't work due to the impact from the accident it was in. The moon roof is was taken out so the car could be repainted and was not properly refitted. The vehicle was in very poor condition. I find it dishonest not to fully disclose the obvious issues. When took the car to a dealer they saw the issues immediately. North Coast also said they changed the oil on the vehicle, but the dealership we took it to said the oil hadn't been changed in at least a year. They are liars and doing dishonest business. I say RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE. We are trying to resolve with the dealership, but so far we are getting the run around. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I will update if we are able to get this resolved or what actions we had to take to some kind of resolution. More
