Bought a 2006 Audi A8. When I viewed it on the lot it had scratches on it, which my salesman (OG) told me were typical for their lot because they don't fully detail the cars until you buy them (saves the had scratches on it, which my salesman (OG) told me were typical for their lot because they don't fully detail the cars until you buy them (saves them money). He said they would take care of it if I purchased the vehicle, and WOW did they do a good job. They fully buffed out all the scratches to the point where I can't even tell where they were. The job was so good, the car looks like new. I bought my car for about $5,000 less than what it was advertized for at other dealers. Overall, great experiance. I have bought quite a few used vehicles over the years and per my normal process, I have been researching and narrowing down our choices from a variety of car manufacturers, dealers and models. I met Oganes a few months ago, through his brother Dan, when I began the process, at that time I told him that I was beginning my search and that I was not likely to buy any time soon. Oganes has given me many hours of his time since that over the phone meeting despite the fact I have yet to buy a vehicle from him. Organes is very knowledgeable and has never pressured me. This point is very important to me and has caused me to steer away from two other local dealerships. I would have no qualms recommending organes and the dealership to any of my friends. More
