I bought my husband a 2018 Toyota Camry from your dealership in Ohio and they sold us a false advertisment by the time the car got to us in Chicago it was a total reck. And all your company had to say was that " it's a used car " because the bank already made payment to you. we had to pay over $4000 out of pocket in repairs on the car. So yes! you guys screwed us over. More

What a high pressure sales push for the warranty and gap insurance, this is where they make their money and get angry if you decline it. Car was priced fair enough but they try to inflate the price 20 perce insurance, this is where they make their money and get angry if you decline it. Car was priced fair enough but they try to inflate the price 20 percent to make it up and trust me they have no intention of honoring that warranty. One oil change you can't find the receipt for..sorry voided warranty by the way More
