The Carfax was inaccurate...the car has clearly been in a major accident on the left side however i didn't notice until after docs were signed. I gave them a payment max...they exceeded it but because of my desperation I agreed. I was literally in the dealership for 9 hours...ridiculous. I've caught them in lies, the gave me keys that didn't fit/match/programmed to my car. All in all a bad experience. No, I would'v wouldn't recommend them. I never write reviews however i felt the need this time. More

I came in sure I knew what I wanted, realized it wasn’t the car for me (attention car manufactur by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I came in sure I knew what I wanted, realized it wasn’t the car for me (attention car manufacturers: LEG ROOM PLEASE!). Frustrated, I planned on leaving & just giving up. Tricia was patient & listened to everything I was hoping that car was, & spent over an hour with me discussing different cars. Now I’m not just a lifetime customer, I am sending everyone to Tricia! The experience is always more important than the product & I had a fun time listening to the employees joke, laugh & help each other out. If your bank gives you the go ahead to shop, get you a Tricia - she definitely went beyond the norm. Thanks to Auto World! More
