I have some hiccups on my credit and no one else could help me. Ashley was my salesperson, she and everyone else I spoke to was understanding and helpful. Pam followed up the next morning, and while she said she would send more photos and get more info for me she didn’t. I offered to put a deposit on the car I wanted, but didn’t hear back that day. Asked multiple times to call my cell, but she kept calling my office number, when she left a VM she emailed with a two word email saying “I’m calling” Shaq contacted me the next day, test drove the car for me did everything I asked and but the car was sold before we could get anything on paper. Really liked Shaq, was willing to go above and beyond for me. While the car I wanted was sold, I appreciate the communication that Shaq provided. If there is another car I like I’d love to work with him. More
