Pam followed up the next morning, and while she said she would send more photos and get more info for me she didn’t. I offered to put a deposit on the car I wanted, but didn’t hear back that day. Asked multiple times to call my cell, but she kept calling my office number, when she left a VM she emailed with a two word email saying “I’m calling” Shaq contacted me the next day, test drove the car for me did everything I asked and but the car was sold before we could get anything on paper. Really liked Shaq, was willing to go above and beyond for me. While the car I wanted was sold, I appreciate the communication that Shaq provided. If there is another car I like I’d love to work with him. More

Above and Beyond I bought a Ford Fiesta a few weeks ago from North Coast Auto Mall in Bedford. Moe Bodair was my sales person. He went above and beyond. I feel that I bought a Ford Fiesta a few weeks ago from North Coast Auto Mall in Bedford. Moe Bodair was my sales person. He went above and beyond. I feel that I got a great deal and a great car. Could not believe the service I got. I was really impressed. There was a few spots on the seats and it was dirty. Moe had the detail department clean and washed it before I left with it on the same day. Even sent me home with a full tank of gas. (Wow). Also found a few problems that i didn't realize the car had which they found on their final check, and they told me they would take care of those things at no additional charge to me. I took it back up a couple days later since they had to keep it for a few, they set me up with something in the meantime. A few days later they called said it was ready, and I could pick it up. Can not be more impressed and pleased with the service I received from Moe and the service department. (Bill, Eric and Cathy) I have told and recommended Moe and the dealership to a few people so far, and I will continue to recommend them. The service I received from Moe, and the entire organization was outstanding. When or if I am in need, I hope to see Moe again for my next vehicle. I live about an hour away. Very unprofessional What a joke of an operation. We are buying a car for my daughter to use at college. She found one online that was right up our alley as far as price, What a joke of an operation. She left them a message Sunday night and was called right away on Monday morning by Mick who she thought was a salesperson. He gave her info on the car including the car fax. So far so good. As Mick asked us to do , we informed him when we were leaving to come up to look at it. We live an hour away in Massillon and he knew this. We were told to ask for James when we got there. We arrived and the place had a bad vibe to begin with. Then there was no James to be found. Another salesperson eventually waited on us and informed us the car was not on the lot but was at their service facility. We then waited over a half hour for her to come back and tell us it wouldn’t start and she thought it was probably out of gas. What???!!! They don’t have a way to get put gas in it at their service facility??? Unbelievable!! She then asked if we wanted to do something the next morning when their service department was open. Um, no. Your dealership wasted our time after making us believe the car would be waiting for us to test drive. I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership so inept. They should be embarrassed. More
Disappointed from beginning to end We live in Pittsburgh so we contacted their staff about two vehicles we were interested in. The one vehicle was at another location, they said they would transfer it to this store. This way we could test drive both and decide which suv we wanted. This didn't happen for an additional 2 hours. This whole time waiting on financing. They would not fix the problems we found and told us they couldnt offer any discount on listed price. Even though a poor experience service we buy the vehicle outright. Our sales rep hand writing so messy and causes the bank to make the cashiers check to the wrong payee. After 3+ hours my wife has to go home for our son. I ended up spending the rest of my day getting this cashier's check fixed. Then to find out the 23k vehicle is on empty :-( More
