I figured out why they dont detail the cars until you buy them... because dirty cars hide dents, scratches and dings. also the detailing dept is horrible. they dont really get the car clean and they smear slippery garbage all over everything. I'm pretty sure the car i turned in was cleaner that the car i bought after they "detailed" it. dog hair still everywhere and the windows are filthy. going to take me hours to properly cleaning this. Overall i'm happy with my purchase, i just wish they wouldnt play dealer games. More
