I would like to thank Jennifer, Matt, Ethan and our sales rep Travis. They all treated me and my family with the utmost respect and curtousey. Jennifer gets a HUGE Kudos from us because she worked well beyond work hours to help us finally get into a vehicle that my wife wanted. They definitely turned out sour experience with Akron around 180 degrees. I recommend anyone to forgoe Akron and visit the Bedford site. After missing out on 3 vehicles at the Akron store because of thier lack of customer service we finally landed a vehicle that my wife is tremendously happy with. Thanks to all who helped at the Bedford site and a Tremendous Thank You to Jennifer who made it all happen. More
Horrendous Attitude I started off by sending an online inquiry about a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The vehicle had everything I wanted on it, but noticed it had a salvag I started off by sending an online inquiry about a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The vehicle had everything I wanted on it, but noticed it had a salvaged title. Jessica reached out to me via text as I indicated no phone calls. She asked when I can come out for a test drive. I told her I had a few questions regarding the salvage title and wanted to know if a warranty came with the car (first ask). I also asked for a CarFax. The CarFax came over promptly, but my warranty question went unanswered. I reviewed the CarFax and asked again what type of warranty came with the car (second request)? She stated "...We have many different warranty packages that you can customize to your liking." Again, avoiding my question of what THEY offered. I then asked again (third request) "What is your standard warranty once I drive it off the lot? Do you're third party warranties cover salvaged title vehicles? She replied: "We have warranties packages on all of our vehicles." This implies that the car comes with a warranty. So, I asked again (fourth request) "Maybe I'm not making myself clear. Let's say I buy the car and don't purchase a third-party warranty. What do you cover and for how long (30, 60, 90 days, etc.) She replies: "Maybe I'm not making myself clear. If you don't purchase a warranty package there is no coverage." To which I replied "So, maybe you should've wrote "We SELL warranty packages for every vehicle" instead of "we HAVE warranty packages on all our vehicles." That implies the car comes with a warranty. I asked repeatedly what your standard warranty is. Great snarky attitude and customer service. don't text me again. You've lost my business." And used car dealers wonder why they have the reputation they have. More
