Awesome Experience! With the addition to our new child my wife and I was out to find a 3rd row suv. The prices at North Coast Auto Mall was so much better then out local With the addition to our new child my wife and I was out to find a 3rd row suv. The prices at North Coast Auto Mall was so much better then out local dealers so we drove 4hrs away to get what we needed. Colt was who helped us out when we arrived. He was very professional, and quick to meet our needs. He made sure he got us in the right SUV with all the options that was on our list. I would definitely drive back here to buy my next vehicle. Horrible experience. DO not travel for the prices! Unbelievably horrible experience. I wish there was a negative star to highlight! I drove 4 hours to look at what seemed like a very nice car and a good deal. Upon arrival the car was filthy beyond that it had a service engine light soon code on the dash..... No information of this prior to my driving all this way. I arrive with a check for the new vehicle and a nice trade not perfect but much cleaner and better maintained than the car they were trying to sell me. They promised top dollar for my trade and apologized for the inconvenience and said "we will make it up to you on the trade value of your car" laughable. They offered 10K for a clean well maintained 16' Chrysler 300 with 65k miles. No check engine light it had been washed. It was recently been wiped down with armor all as always.... nice car. The icing on the cake they currently have a 08 Chrysler 300 on there lot with 96K miles they are asking $11,000.00 for.... Long story short prices look great. They talk a great game. Save your time and your money in the long run look somewhere else to a reputable car lot with real salespeople that do not jerk you around. More
I hate to be that guy, but I've seen a lot of great reviews for NCAM, and I wish that my experience was similar to the good ones. However. Last October I found a car that I've seen a lot of great reviews for NCAM, and I wish that my experience was similar to the good ones. However. Last October I found a car that I was interested in (through cars.com) and contacted the dealership. I was treated with courtesy during this and every other interaction, for what it's worth. I made an appointment for the following day with Nick C, and confirmed that the car was there. I took the morning off work and set out early (It's about a 90 minute drive for me) and received a phone call while I was on my way confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, and was told by a very polite young woman that Nick would not be in that day, and she immediately got me with another salesperson. Okay, people sometimes take days off work. I don't have a problem with that at all. But when I just got a phone call confirming that appointment an hour before I arrived, it's just a little off-putting. So. I pulled up the car I came to see with my new sales guy (who also was very courteous) and was told that the car was not available. After a phone call, I was further informed that the car wouldn't be ready until the end of the month (mind you, this is the beginning of October). Well, I didn't buy a car there that day. (And quite frankly, if a car takes several weeks to prepare for sale, it makes me wonder what could be so bad that would take three weeks to fix!) I was pretty upset that day. I know that mistakes happen, but it's a little different when you're the person negatively affected by that mistake. More

I was referred to Moe through the online chat function, but did not receive the information I requested about the car. After about a week, I decided to just drive down there (3+ hours) and check it out for myself. I ended up buying the car, but it took a very long time. Moe was very nice and attentive while I was there. I felt a little strong-armed into the financing, but I decided to do it because I wanted the car. More
