Scam Artists!!! I paid my car off on 8 Oct 2018 while on deployment. I never received my title. I called. They were holding it due to $0.76 that could have been retri I paid my car off on 8 Oct 2018 while on deployment. I never received my title. I called. They were holding it due to $0.76 that could have been retrieved with the last auto payment. I have called twice a week since I arrived stateside and continue to get the run around. The first jack wagon just asks for my name and number they will get back to me. No correspondence. I call back the same number and they resolve the $0.76 and say they’re “mailed out my title”. I call a week later (today) and they say they can’t help. The same original jack wagon of course. I call back and the lady says it was sent last Monday. I asked how does it take a week to get two cities over and request a tracking number, which they were unable to provide. They state they will get back to me. I inform them if they do not I will be up there until someone either gives me a title or tells me where it’s at!!!! DO NOT LEASE OR FINANCE FROM THESE FOOLS!!!! More

Excellent experience at North Coast Auto Mall Brookpark We had an outstanding experience at the North Coast Auto Mall on 03/2/2019. After doing a great deal of research on the web, my son found a Honda Civ We had an outstanding experience at the North Coast Auto Mall on 03/2/2019. After doing a great deal of research on the web, my son found a Honda Civic listed by North Coast that seemed to fit his needs so we drove from Stark County up to Brookpark Road. From the time we walked into the office, the service was outstanding. We were immediately greeted by Temitope Balogna who assisted us. The vehicle was indeed everything we had hoped for and the price was very good...much below what the same vehicle was listed for at Stark County dealerships. We left with the vehicle and a warranty that was the best we have ever seen. As we were preparing to leave North Coast, Temitope asked if we would mind waiting a few minutes while they did final detailing on the car It looked like new and we drove home very, very happy. We would definitely purchase from North Coast again. I recommend that you ask for Temitope if you visit this auto dealership. More
