Unorganized I made numerous calls to the dealership prior to driving 2 hours to test drive the vehicle I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment, the salesman and the vehicle I wanted were not there. The salesman that worked with me was extremely helpful and I did ultimately end up purchasing a vehicle from him. The whole process could have gone much smoother. More

The place will cheat you and sell you fram damaged car I have had my Mercedes c400 for around 6mo this now and I recently found out through auto check that my car was bought at auction with announced frame I have had my Mercedes c400 for around 6mo this now and I recently found out through auto check that my car was bought at auction with announced frame damage and they breezed by that in the car fax they presented me with at signing and said it had a minor accident not true it had a bent frame and when my sister roof started getting stuck Mercedes in Bedford said I had a bent frame too. I did sign paperwork saying there had been some damage but it was not described well. The place had mostly frame damage and other serious damaged cars. I have talked to former employees of the place and have been told they are very shady. Also come to find out they have a code in the stock number of the vehicles means what damage it has F equals frame damage, wish I would have known at the time . Wanted to start the arbitration that I agreed to do in case of a disputed and they wouldn’t even give me the number. I guess I will have to retain counsel. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! More
