CCPD has instructed me to pursue civil action in court against this dealer. This entire situation is unfortunate. Mr.Ngo has not made any attempt to reach out to me to discuss this matter. I have been advised not to contact the dealer so they don’t claim I am harassing them . Firestone was only involved to repair the damage Honda caused. Thankfully I have a receipt from firestone that my parts were under warranty otherwise it would have cost me over $1,700 in repairs. However, I am still out $600 due to diagnostic fees, labor costs, towing, car rental I am absolutely appalled by this. This is no way to treat any customer. I desire a quick and amicable resolution. In all fairness this dealer should immediately reimburse me for all the expenses I had to incur. I am providing them with an opportunity to resolve this with me until June 20th . After that I shall pursue legal action and file complaints with the regulatory compliance agencies to place this on their record so other consumers are aware of all the facts to protect themselves. There needs to be more accountability and not excuses. praying God exposes the truth.
