I could simply say AWSOME! But, I have to give xxxxxxto Brian Birky and the management team. After having a horrible time with both a nearby Honda dealer and a nightmarish Toyota dealer I called NCCH. Bria Brian Birky and the management team. I expected to be told, “hey come on in and we can talk”! Being 100 miles away I didn’t have time nor did I want to “sit down”. Brian called back within an hour with his choices. His sales team had no problem getting the numbers part out of the way. Not once did Brian or team try to change my mind. I got exactly what I wanted along with a fair deal. The best part of my experience was Brian’s knowledge of the vehicle. He answered most questions before I finished. And NOT ONCE did he play with his phone or ignore me like salesman at other dealers. Once in the “money room” Ms Debby gave me her full attention. She did her job of offering the upsales offered by dealership but once I told her my budget had zero wiggle room she moved on to the task at hand.
