The finance dept. messed up the paperwork and I had to drive back to Chorus Christi 4 1/2 hours to get it corrected and sales mgr. did not want to fill the vehicle with gas for having to drive all the wa drive back to Chorus Christi 4 1/2 hours to get it corrected and sales mgr. did not want to fill the vehicle with gas for having to drive all the way back which is 9 hours round trip. I feel it was a waste of time to drive all the way over there to buy a vehicle. This is my 3rd pilot and will probably buy another when the time comes but just go back to San Antonio. Best service I have experienced from any car dealer ever. No joke. I brought in our 09 Accord to have it checked out before the vehicle gets passed down. Our Adviser Steven Beck performed “above and beyond.” No joke. I brought in our 09 Accord to have it checked out before the vehicle gets passed down. Our Adviser Steven Beck performed “above and beyond.” He did not even charge for our inspection, and had the vehicle washed! Totally surprised us. Over 10 years with our Honda, our experience has been great, but NORTH CC HONDA is the best we have seen anywhere. We will definitely replace this car with A Honda product. More
