It felt like they had no staff, which is entirely possible and likely in this weird time. Walking in to the service area, I was greeted by a gentleman sitting at the desk who apparently didn't actual possible and likely in this weird time. A few minutes later, I was greeted by Mr Eliseo and it seemed like they didn't have record of the appointment I'd made, so he manually took down all my information. Eh, things happen. Technology. He was nice enough to explain what the different Honda codes were since this was my first Honda and first service, which I appreciated, then he called to let me know when my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived back at the dealership, I and another lady stood and waited at the service desk for a solid ten minutes, being seen and studiously ignored by at least three staff members before I went to the cashier and asked if someone from the service desk could be paged. I understand the service staff themselves may be all over the place, but to be completely ignored by all the other employees is unacceptable. More
