The salesman, Zack Bailey, was very friendly and helpful in our quest to purchae a new 2021 Hondra CR-V. However, when we decided on the one to buy, a surprise mileage of 4K plus showed up at which time we in our quest to purchae a new 2021 Hondra CR-V. Seems the Service Mgr. had been driving this auto and Manual and extra key was missing. They haven been ordered and now on the way! Also had to wait while auto was inspected & cleaned in areas of wear, etc. This experience was an exhausting 5 hrs!! More
